Each contact record is given an action date, so on a daily basis you just run the Action Date report to see the client activities required for that day.

This screen linked to each customer, allows you to capture any additional information you need to keep regarding the client.

Key-Word Search and Geographical Area
Carry out market research with a key-word search.  Suppose you would like to see how many potential or existing clients have the word budget in the free form typing.  Or report by geographical area, such as all clients in the Eastern suburbs, etc.
