EasyPay

EasyPay is a powerful yet easy to use software package for the paying of EFTs and cheques.

EasyPay provides complete flexibility in the making of payments, either for cheques, which are printed, or EFT's which are passed to the relevant bank as a file for processing.

Processing of EFT’s                                      
Capture the payment as an EFT, either in EasyPay (or import from the accounting program)
Whilst capturing the EFT, allocate to a ledger account
When all EFTs for the batch are ready, a few simple “clicks of the mouse” will create the file for the bank
Go into the bank software and select the file
Upon completing the above, double check the file and enter the various signatory passwords and send the file.
