The Invoicer

The Invoicer is a dynamic Invoicing and Debtors Control software tool that offers real sophistication.  As a specalised program, it presents greater functionality than that of invoicing contained within accounting programs.

If your staff are not accountants, then it does not make sense to use an accounting program to process invoices or debtors.  Invoicer does not confuse non accountants with the technicality of accounting programs.
 
There are two aspects to The Invoicer; invoicing and the debtor’s management.  From debtors, statements are produced.

Allocates account codes, with the aid of an on-board company chart of accounts
Simple importing and exporting to and from an external accounting program
Vat trapping and calculations
User design of invoices, insert logo, as well as free format information typing at the base of the invoice
Allows for the selection of TAX invoice or non TAX invoice
Speedy processing of invoices with insertion of customer details from the customer database
For quick entry, there is a service or product look-up table with attached pricing
Email invoices to the customer directly from the program before posting

Debtors Management Features
Applies interest calculations to overdue accounts by set daily limits
Reconciliation of all debtor’s account’s reflecting invoices paid and unpaid
Monthly statement can be emailed to customers before posting
Ensures debtor credit limits are not exceeded, as limits are reflected when invoices are created
Invoicer caters for both open item and balance forward
